The forum provides an opportunity for informal communication within the membership. Prose is not necessary, brevity is encouraged - humour and candour too - but please bear in mind the rules below.

• Only MEA members logged in as themselves may use the forum
• Communication within the forum must be in keeping with professional standards, including the regard for patient confidentiality, as set out by the GMC
• Do not impersonate another user
• Do not advertise or solicit
• Do not post content which you have copied from someone else (i.e. for which you do not own the copyright)
• Do not post anything relating to any ongoing or pending trial
• Do not insult
• Do not use profanities, libellious or defamatory comments
• All posts must be in english or at least carry a translation in english (this applies to Latin scholars too)
• Use of the forum by anyone deemed to be in breach of these rules will be blocked - and the relevant content removed - pending appeal to the MEA Council
