EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Our training programme is available to ANY medical professional working at equestrian events or with an interest in getting involved in them. The programme is not limited to MEA Members and we would encourage the distribution of these details to any medical professionals (NOT only doctors) who may find the programme of interest. The sessions are currently FOC to MEA members.
We run moulage sessions throughout the year at locations across the country.

- Enable medical personnel to practice their individual trauma skills
- Look at trauma in the context of the equestrian environment
- Explore team dynamics
- Management of the whole scenario
- Discussion on enabling team practice at events attended by personnel

- Friday 24th May (morning) @ Bicton Arena, EX9 7BL (25mins south east of Exeter)
- Friday 20th Sept (morning) @ Blenheim Palace, OX20 1PP (20mins north of Oxford)
- Saturday 23rd November (morning) @ Stratford Racecourse, CV37 9SE (the day after the 2024 MEA Conference)
